Add Better Treasure Chest Helper

Let us all be honest. The treasure chest helper sucks. All it does is change the color of the particles from orange to red. Look at Skytils' helper. It shows a green cube of where to exactly point your mouse. To be honest, I just think that NEU and Skytils should be added to Badlion, because their mods are far better than the ones provided by Badlion. I use Badlion because it's just one launcher, and I don't need to install a bunch of different mods. I basically think that Badlion should have more mining mods.
