NEU Custom Head Textures (furfsky)

Packs like Furfsky need NEU to use things like custom head textures, so I was wondering if it could be added somehow, as currently it doesn't work or is it is hard to find how to. I think if Badlion does stuff like this more people will use it instead of other clients (lunar etc)
