Make downloading cosmetic assets optional

I don't care about the cosmetics in Badlion, I'm only using it for the FPS boost and other mods. I have a slow internet. I can't even play on the client because I have to wait to download the cosmetics I don't want to buy or see. Just make it so that cosmetics aren't visible if I haven't downloaded them.

I don't want to waste my hard drive storage for the models and textures as well.

It's taken me over two hours to play because I have to wait for the cosmetics to download.
