Finding information about your Premium/Premium+ subscription
If you have purchased Premium/Premium+ for yourself or another player and want to see how long you or they will have the subscription, you need to open your account page in our store. You can do this by doing the following:
- Go to https://store.badlion.net/ and sign in using your Badlion Client account.
- Click on your account icon at the top right corner of the website, then click the Account button.
- Click the Premium button in the middle of the page, as shown in the screenshot below.
- Once you have clicked it, you should see your current Premium subscription information.
You can see the remaining time, the date when you purchased a subscription, and what kind of subscription you have purchased.
Canceling the subscription
If you wish to cancel the subscription, click the Cancel button.
Note: Please keep in mind that canceling is not the same as refunding. If you want to get your subscription refunded, you need to submit a refund request. Follow the instructions on this website to submit it.
Troubleshooting problems
If you have issues canceling your Premium/Premium+ subscription, you must submit a support request so our customer support agents can cancel it. Do the following:
- Go to https://support.badlion.net/hc/en-us/requests/new.
- Select the "Payments & Billing" contact reason.
- Locate "Type Of Billing Issue" and select "Canceling Subscriptions".
- Fill out the required fields. Your request should look like the example below.
- Once you have filled out the fields, click the "Submit" button. After that, check your email for any updates.
