How can I submit a bug report?
If you have found a bug, please do the following to report it to us:
- Click on "Submit Bug Report" at the bottom of the launcher. If you have changed the language in the launcher, it will say something else.
- It will bring you to this page where you have to fill out some questions so we can know what is wrong.
Note: Make sure to explain the issue in detail and provide a screenshot or video if possible. A well-written bug report helps our Tech Support team and developers to reproduce and fix the bug. You can use https://workupload.com/ to upload screenshots and videos.
Note: Please do not remove any logs from your bug report! Our Tech Support and developers need your logs to see the exact cause of the issue! If your bug report is missing logs, restart the launcher, reproduce the problem, and submit a new bug report through the bottom of the launcher, as explained in this article above.
- Don't forget to click "Add New Thread" when you have finished!
Once you have submitted a bug report, our Tech Support team should review and respond to it within a few hours. Make sure to check your bug report at least once a day.
