Logs are required for most bug reports as they contain errors and information to help identify what the problem is. When you encounter an issue, please do the following:
- Click on "Submit Bug Report" at the bottom of the launcher. If you have changed the language in the launcher, it's going to say something else.
- It will bring you to this page where you have to fill out some questions so we can be aware of what is wrong.
- Don't forget to click on "Add New Thread" when you have finished!
Once you have submitted a bug report, our Tech Support team should review and respond to it within a few hours. Make sure to check your bug report at least once a day. If you do not know where to find it, click here. If your bug report has been locked by Tech Support or developers, click here to view it.
