Does Badlion offer refunds?
We only refund cosmetics & ranks if they were bought less than 48 hours ago. If it has been less than 48 hours since you purchased your cosmetics and want to refund them, you need to create a new support ticket. If you do not know how to create it, click on "How can I create a support ticket?" to find a tutorial. The 48-hour period is based on the post time of the ticket, so you do not need to worry if our customer support agents do not respond immediately.
Is it possible to exchange purchased cosmetics?
Yes, exchanging the purchased cosmetics for other cosmetics of equal value from the store is possible. We only exchange cosmetics if they were bought less than 48 hours ago. If you want to exchange cosmetics, you need to create a new support ticket, as explained in "How can I create a support ticket?". Choose your new cosmetics wisely; we only exchange each purchase once.
Is it possible to transfer purchased cosmetics to a different Minecraft account?
If you have purchased cosmetics for the wrong Minecraft account, you do not need to worry about losing them. If it has been less than 48 hours since you made the purchase, you need to create a new support ticket and specify that you want our customer support agents to transfer your cosmetics to a different Minecraft account.
If it has been more than 48 hours since you made the purchase, and if you have lost access to your Minecraft account for which the purchase was made, you need to contact Mojang or Microsoft Support to get access to your Minecraft account. We do not transfer cosmetics if they were bought more than 48 hours ago. We do not make exceptions.
How can I create a support ticket?
We have two main platforms where we offer support: the official Badlion Client support website and forums. You can choose where to create a support ticket. Please do not submit the same support ticket on both websites.

Creating a ticket on the support website:
1. Go to https://support.badlion.net/hc/en-us
2. Click on "Contact Support" at the top right corner of the website.
3. Under "Submit a request", enter your email address and the subject (examples: "Purchase Refund Request", "Purchase Transfer Request", or "Purchase Exchange Request"). If you have signed in using your Badlion account, it will not ask you to write the email address.
4. In the "Description" field, you need to copy the form mentioned above, fill it out, and then click on the "Submit" button.

5. Once you submit a new request, you can find it on your support website account page, which you can access by clicking this link: https://support.badlion.net/hc/en-us/requests. Please keep in mind that it can take up to 12 hours for our customer support agents to respond.
If you do not have an account, you can wait for a reply in your inbox/email.
Creating a support ticket on the forums:
1. Go to https://www.badlion.net/forum and sign in using your Badlion account.
2. Go to https://www.badlion.net/forum/category/37 and click the "New Thread" button.
3. Write the title, copy the form from above, paste it in the text field, fill it out, and click the "Add New Thread" button.
