Refunding, exchanging, and transferring purchased cosmetics to other Minecraft accounts
If you are not satisfied with the purchased item, want to refund or exchange it, or have bought it for the wrong Minecraft account, contact our payment support agents by creating a thread on the Badlion Client forums (click here) or support ticket here on the help center (click here).
You can also contact our payment support agents if you have any questions about purchases.
Note: we only refund, exchange, and transfer items if they were purchased less than 48 hours ago from the request submission time. The 48-hour period is based on the post time of the thread/ticket, so you do not need to worry if the payment support agents do not respond right away.
Note: if you are going to submit a new payment support thread, you must copy the form below, fill out and paste it into your thread/support ticket.
