Can I refund my purchased cosmetics or Premium/Premium+?
We only refund cosmetics & subscriptions if they were bought less than 48 hours ago. If it has been less than 48 hours since you purchased your cosmetics and want to refund them, you need to create a new support ticket as soon as possible.
Note: if your purchase was made more than 48 hours before creating a support ticket, it cannot be refunded.
Can I refund Badlion points?
Badlion Points can be refunded if it meets our refund policy. To keep it simple, it must meet 2 conditions:
- The refund request is made within 48 hours of purchase.
- The purchased Badlion Points have not been used.
How can I submit a refund request?
To submit a refund request, you must do the following:
- You first need to go to https://support.badlion.net/hc/en-us/requests/new.
- Select the "Purchases" contact reason.
- From there, you have to select the thing you want to refund and then select the "Refund" option.
- Fill out the required fields.
- Once you have filled out the fields, click the "Submit" button. After that, check your email for any updates.
