Can I refund my purchased cosmetics or Premium/Premium+?
We only refund cosmetics & ranks if they were bought less than 48 hours ago. If it has been less than 48 hours since you purchased your cosmetics and want to refund them, you need to create a new support ticket as soon as possible.
If your purchase was made more than 48 hours ago, it cannot be refunded. We only refund purchases made less than 48 hours ago. It is our policy. We do not make any exceptions.
How can I submit a refund request?
To submit a refund request, you must do the following:
- You first need to go to https://support.badlion.net/hc/en-us/requests/new.
- Select the "Payments & Billing" contact reason.
- Locate "Type Of Billing Issue" and select "Refunding Purchase".
- Fill out the required fields.
- Once you have filled out the fields, click the "Submit" button. After that, check your email for any updates.
