Requirements
- At least 1 year of experience in a Customer Success or similar role.
- Strong written communication skills for responding to tickets and emails.
- Proficiency in customer relationship management tools.
- A problem-solving mindset with attention to detail.
- Excellent knowledge of Badlion Client and Minecraft (this also includes technical mechanics, not just settings and features).
- Proficiency in English at a minimum of C1 level to ensure clear and professional communication.
- Must be 18 or older.
- Must be in good standing with Badlion, with no mutes or bans on Badlion services (forums, Discord, or in-game chat).
- Must not have been fired from any previous role held on Badlion.
Tasks
- Responding to customer tickets submitted via the contact form and messages sent to the Badlion support email in a timely and professional manner.
- Proactively identifying and resolving customer issues.
- Providing exceptional support to ensure customer satisfaction and success.
- Collaborating with other departments to address customer needs.
- Forwarding bugs and game issues reported by customers to the development team.
- Moderating the content published on the Badlion support website's community (suggestions) page.
Additional Responsibilities
- Working with AI tools, so familiarity with AI technologies is essential.
- Creating knowledge base articles to inform the player base about topics designed to resolve their problems faster (improve self-service).
Preferred Qualifications
- Familiarity with Zendesk. We use it for support.
