I Haven't Received a Receipt nor My Purchase
If you haven't received a receipt & your purchase, there are a few possible causes:
- Your payment attempt may not have been successful. You may have received an error message on the payment page. In this case, the charge will not go through, and the funds will be returned to your account within 1–10 days.
- The payment might still be processed by the payment system, which could take up to 5 business days. Once the payment is received, the purchase will be reflected in your account, and you will receive a receipt.

I Have a Receipt but Did Not Receive My Purchased In-Game Cosmetics
If you received a receipt but don't see your purchased cosmetics in the game, it’s possible they were purchased for the wrong Minecraft account. Cosmetics are tied to your Minecraft account, not your Badlion account.
