I haven't received a receipt nor my purchase.
If you have not received a receipt, there are a few possible causes:
1. Your payment attempt was not successful. You may receive an error message on the payment page. Please note that the charge will not go through, and the funds will be returned to your account within 1-10 days, depending on the payment system used.
2. The payment is still processed by the payment system, which may take up to 5 business days. Once we receive the funds, you will receive the purchase on your account along with a receipt.

I have a receipt but did not receive my purchased in-game cosmetics.
It is possible you purchased cosmetics for the wrong Minecraft account. They are linked to the Minecraft account, not the Badlion account.
