If your cosmetics were purchased more than 48 hours ago, they cannot be transferred to a different Minecraft account. Mojang allowed players to migrate their Minecraft accounts for at least 2 years. If you missed this opportunity and had your Minecraft account closed, it does not mean that old purchases will now be transferred.
How can I get my cosmetics transferred?
