Is it possible to exchange the purchased cosmetics?
This is possible only if you purchased your cosmetics less than 48 hours ago. If you bought them less than 48 hours ago and want to exchange them, please submit a request as soon as possible before the 48-hour deadline expires.
What cosmetics can I choose when exchanging my current cosmetics?
You can choose cosmetics that cost the same as your current cosmetics. For example, if you purchased a cloak that costs $12 and a shield that costs $12 and want to exchange both, you need to choose two other cosmetics that cost $12 each.
We only exchange cosmetics once. If your cosmetics get exchanged, your purchase will no longer be eligible for another exchange. Choose your new cosmetics wisely.
Where can I submit an exchange request?
- You first need to go to https://support.badlion.net/hc/en-us/requests/new.
- Select the "Payments & Billing" contact reason.
- Locate "Type Of Billing Issue" and select "Exchanging Purchased Cosmetics".
- Fill out the required fields. Your request should look like the example below.
- Once you have filled out the fields, click the "Submit" button. After that, check your email for any updates.
